No! It's absolutely FREE to join our ULTRAStores.net Reseller Program. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement.


How does the program work?
In your acceptance e-mail, you will receive a username and password to access our Reseller Resource Center. Get up and running with our Reseller Program by logging into the Reseller Resource Center to access brochures you can print, videos, and other training and marketing materials. Simply use your sales methods and the marketing materials we provide to have your prospects purchase an e-commerce web solution form ULTRAStores.net. Once the purchase has been made, we will contact the customer, complete the website, and supply all future technical support. We track all of your leads and sales and provide you with a generous commission. We strongly recommend prospects to purchase our products through our ULTRAStores.net website. If prospects are unable to do this, they may order by calling us directly, Please note the customer is required to provide us with your company name or Reseller ID. Our sales reps are highly trained to request this information from prospects calling in to order, but the customer must supply this information in order for us to track the sale appropriately.


What are my responsibilities as an ULTRAStores.net Reseller?
The only thing you are responsible for is complying with our rules of only using the authorized marketing materials we provide you in our Reseller Resource Center and abiding by the Terms & Conditions of the Reseller Program. The responsibilities are few, the income potential is huge. Sales skills are a plus. Spend as much or as little time you choose to meet your income desires. Sign prospects to any of our website solutions and ULTRAStores.net will handle everything else.


What are ULTRAStores.net responsibilities?
We will provide you with the tools and support to help you maximize sales through your marketing efforts. We handle all website design, billing, customer and technical support for all customers you refer to us.


Am I able to refer customers to you located outside of the United States?
Yes


Am I able to use your content on my site?
You may use the logos and content we license to you to generate leads and market our products. We are only able to track your leads and sales via the marketing pieces we provide to you however. You may utilize content from our corporate Website in your marketing efforts. The content that you provide in your marketing efforts may not be altered in any way unless expressed otherwise in writing by ULTRAStores.net. If ULTRAStores.net deems your usage inappropriate, we may terminate our relationship at its sole discretion.



Are there any restrictions with my own website?
There are cases where we cannot allow certain organizations or individuals to participate in our Reseller Program due to website concerns. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. At our sole discretion, we may reject your application based on your existing website for content unsuitable for our program. Unsuitable sites include those that promote sexually-explicit materials, violence, illegal activities and discrimination. We will also disapprove sites that violate intellectual property rights.

Please note that if we accept your application and your site is thereafter determined to be inappropriate for the program, we may terminate our relationship at our sole discretion.


Are there any territory restrictions?
NO. You can sell our products and services to any small business within the United States and Canada. The income potential is unlimited.

How soon can I start earning commissions?
Once your application is processed and approved, you will receive a Welcome Letter which contains all of the information that you will need to get started with our ULTRAStores.net Reseller Program. You will have access to our marketing materials to begin generating leads immediately. You can sell our products and services on day one to begin earning commissions. We provide you with your account numbers and text links that will allow us to track your leads and sales.


How do I add banners and text images to my Web site?
As an ULTRAStores.net Reseller, you'll have access to pre-designed banners and text links that you can post to your website or add to an email campaign. We provide you with the html code for the banner or text link of your choice that is pre-formatted with your Reseller information to ensure that you automatically earn commission every time you refer a sale online. Simply cut the pre-formatted html code for your banner and paste that code into your website or email wherever you would like the banner to appear. If you are not comfortable adding code to your website, you may want to consult with your web designer.


Tracking, Payment and Reporting

How do I know how much commission I have earned?
Upon acceptance into the ULTRAStores.net Reseller Program, you will be able to earn up to 20% monthly recurring commission on select products.

By accessing the Reseller Resource Center, you will be able to view reports that provide information on leads, sales and commissions earned. You can run reports daily if you wish. Your Reseller Resource Center is updated daily with the latest information about your site.



How much will I receive in commission with this program?
Below is our most current commission structure. The ULTRAStores.net Reseller Program reserves the right to withhold payment until such time as such Reseller's aggregate commissions exceed $50.00 USD.

How do I get paid?
We pay all of our commissions via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) directly into your bank account. Commissions will be paid monthly after payment has been received by the customer.


When should I expect to receive my commission?
We will pay all commissions by the 15th day of each month providing payment has been received by the customer prior to the 10th of each month. If payment has not been received by customer, your payment will carry over to the following month until payment has been received.


How soon will I know if my application has been accepted?
We will review your application and will notify you within 3 days via email or telephone. We may contact you directly for additional information.
